Booking Terms

These terms apply to all direct bookings made through www.tullyshome.com. If you booked through Airbnb or Booking.com, their terms apply to your reservation.

The booking

Tully's Home is a 3-bedroom self-catering holiday home at 21 Tulfarris Holiday Village, Blessington, Co. Wicklow, W91 Y0A6. The property sleeps up to 5 guests. The number of guests listed on the booking may not be exceeded without our prior written consent.

Payment

Payment in full is taken at the time of booking via Stripe. A booking is not confirmed until payment has cleared.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel, please email tullyshome@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellations received 14 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable; we'll always do our best to re-let the dates and refund what we can.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Access instructions are sent by email the day before arrival.

House rules and damage

The property is non-smoking throughout. No pets. Parties and events are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear and agree to notify us promptly of any breakage or accident.

Liability

We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered during your stay except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Irish law.
